IGGY POP: The Godfather of Punk Rock

Iggy in the early seventies with his buddy Keith Moon, legendary drummer for The Who. Iggy wrote songs like "Lust for Life," "Funtime," "Success," "Nightclubbing" and "China Girl," all of them with long-time friend David Bowie. (FOTO: Internet).

About 30 years later, Iggy caught in act in 2001 in Southern California. At that time, he was still rockin' hard. This is one of my best pictures taken that year. He is currently touring Europe with his old bandmates The Stooges. They will have a one-stop date in South America, in September 22, at the Estadio Pepsi Music in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
