40 years later

"... The Summer of Love in San Francisco is internationally recognized as the birth place of the 60's revolution that ignited a spiritual awaking that swept the world"

- Gavin Newsom
SF Mayor

This is going to be an extraordinaire tribute to Chet Helms and the thousands of people that made it possible. The Summer of Love 2007, celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the Mother of all rock festivals, will be held on Sunday, September 2nd.

According to their latest Press Release, the event will take place at the Golden Gate Park between 10 AM and 6 PM. And is going to be FREE! Be sure to wear some flowers in your hair.

I am wondering what are they going to do those folks who don't have hair anymore.

Dear Gregg:

How awesome to see you around the blog. Someday soon, I will write an article about the people who brought me back to (music) business. And you are one of those.

We have two choices to keep this thing working. Or you learn Spanish, or I start writing in English.
